My husband and I recently traveled to Islamorada in the Florida Keys for a few days of rest and relaxation. We have not had a vacation by ourselves since the children were little. We did very little, aside from eating, sleeping, reading, and sitting in the sun. I've been taking a photography class in an effort to better understand light. At every turn, I came across wonderful subjects to practice my skills on. I thought I'd share a few of my favorites with you. As you can see, the pelicans where we stayed are showoffs.
